in college I noticed the assistant professors and the t/as seemed to be far closer to socialism than the professors who earned a good income or had already had success in their careers.
I always wondered was socialism simply about wanting to be paid to do nothing or what you liked instead of working for it? Was it about fascist power for the elite?
Because socialism destroyed countries and people.

Similarly it seems I have noticed on the internet 90 percent or more of leftists guys who want bigger govt and more taxes... don't make enough to pay taxes.

How much do you make posting? Does your page view boosting group pay you what? 100 dollars a day? Do you pay taxes on that?
Are you an independent contractor? Do you pay fico and fisa yourself?

don't even try to pretend you trade for a living. I am not even sure the original db ever claimed that.

But only 12% goes for welfare, unemployment, child credit, Food stamps, SSI etc. Of that maybe 8% goes to the non-deserving, so only 1% of your tax dollar is wasted on people.

Reply to what? You didn't ask a question, just provided your usual rant.

As for people paying 60% or more in taxes to support others, really? If that were the case, every foodbank, shelter, and every other service for the disadvantaged would be thriving.

Douche Bag suggested people do NOT pay more than 50% in taxes. I merely pointed out that once again he was WRONG by showing a simple example.
