Actually, it was. Ross Perot was ridiculed for his thoughts on NAFTA, but one of the things he warned of was the increase of illegal narcotics crossing our Southern border due to the increased rail and truck movement. He was 100% right. The street price of this crap hasn't increased one bit, while demand has soared. Despite our ever increasing x-ray technology, for every one load they catch, at least 20 get by.
All of us here pretty much agree that black on black violence is the major contributor to the unending cycle of educational failure, poverty, and the breakdown of the family unit that is so ubiquitous in our urban areas such as Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore etc. Its all drugs Ocho.
