The Confederate Monuments

This is the biggest problem with right wingers, they talk about things they don’t understand. You have zero understanding of Malcolm X, his role in the Nation of Islam or their political strategy at the time.

Malcolm X wanted to separate black Americans from all political parties and grow the Nation of Islam. He was famously militant while there was a civil disobedience/non violent movement working within the political parameters.

But you don’t understand this dynamic and don’t understand Malcolm X’s repeated attacks on liberals was meant to undermine the nonviolent/civil disobedience movement.

He's the one
Who likes all our pretty songs
And he likes to sing along
And he likes to shoot his gun
But he knows not what it means
Knows not what it means

Way above his head, thats why I didn't even bother

His statements were and are still accurate. Liberals only want the black vote. Please give me a list of all of Biden's accomplishments for people of color in the US of the last 40+ years and compare that to Trump's in the last 3+ years.

What do you get?

You stating Obamagate (previously spygate) is a conspiracy theory is such an absurdity that I couldn't keep the topic in line either.

FBI's Wray: Spying is 'not the term I would use' to describe Trump campaign probe

FBI Director Christopher Wray said Tuesday he wouldn't use the word "spying" to describe the bureau's investigative work, breaking from Attorney General William Barr's use of the term in reference to the probe of Donald Trump's 2016 campaign.

"Well, it's not the term I would use. Lots of people have different colloquial phrases," Wray said during testimony on the FBI's budget for 2020.

The story today of the Josephus Daniels statue being taken down in Nash Square in Raleigh at the request of the family is interesting. Josephus Daniels was the first publisher of the Raleigh News & Observer for decades - his paper promoted white supremacy.

"Daniels bought The New & Observer in 1894 with financial help from fellow supremacist Julian S. Carr and used the newspaper to propagandize against what they and others of the day feared as the scourge of “Negro domination.” Daniels helped foment the November 1898 race riot in Wilmington that overthrew an elected mixed-race government and resulted in the killings of at least 60 Black residents. It is credited with ushering in the Jim Crow era in North Carolina that disenfranchised Blacks for decades."

The family of Josephus Daniels, former News & Observer publisher, U.S. Navy secretary and lifelong white supremacist, removed a statue of him from Raleigh’s Nash Square Tuesday morning.

“The time is right,” said Frank Daniels III, a former executive editor of The N&O who drove from his home in Nashville, Tenn., to watch the removal of the monument to his great-grandfather. “I don’t think anyone would say that it’s not the appropriate time to move the statue of Josephus to a more appropriate location.”

That's 2019. Wray is part of the coverup and will be fired and replaced by Flynn.

Here is the honest article on Obamagate if you are interested in truth.

$100 says he is putting the statue in his living room...

Actually the last paragraph of the article states:
"Frank Daniels III said the family will keep the statue in storage until it can find an appropriate place on private property to reinstall it."

Other local media states the statue was moved (or is being moved) to a storage facility in Tennessee.

This is why trying to work with the right is a foolish endeavor. You right wingers don’t seem to understand black Americans make up a substantial percentage of the Democratic Party. Whether in elected office, leadership roles etc.

Trying to argue the democrats simply want the black vote shows you just don’t understand another issue.

Black voters - especially black women - choose the democrat nominee. As you can see by the last three nominees it’s a wide open selection process that can select a woman or a man, black or white. That’s a fact.

As to what Trump has supposedly done for black Americans I’m not aware of too much besides stoke racial tensions and civil unrest.
