St. Louis Riots Follow Common Script

I guess my post sailed right over your head. An incident that someone claims without verification happened 75 years ago is somehow supposed to be relevant to rioting in Ferguson, MO now?

But thanks for making my point. You have no interest whatsoever in the tens of thousand of white victims of black crime. One isolated incident 75 years ago however is supposed to make us see this whole race hustle thing in a different light.

Triple AAA was in diapers back then. :)

I agree, it would appear, based on what we know, the police are going full tilt and have some serious explaining to do. The only aspect about all of this I find rather curious is that you folks on the left consider it a problem when it happens to your reporters and media.

Where have you been? These types of stories have been literally swamping the news for quite some time - oh, not the main stream news - they've ignored most of it. Finally, now, you catch up. Lucrum has been running a thread on this topic for over a year now!

Before it was ok, though. They were acting as authorized representatives of the state.
They run over our underclass but back down from the Bundy family's guns.

They run over everyone, dumb ass. Except maybe when they're heavily armed and on equal footing. Hence the reason for the 2nd amendment you ignorant leftist clowns so despise.

Again, you're not comparing apples to apples. Cops who individually show poor training and trample a person's rights (in the least, or wrongfully shoot them in the worst) are one thing. A federal government contractor, designated by the state to posses some land is quite another.

Since wild speculation seems to be the way we're going to discuss this, here's mine. It's based upon the local cops going quiet(aka cover up) and screwing this up from the get go. It's also based upon our overly militarized police force across the nation and their eagerness to shoot something or someone. Too many are out of control.
Couple a black kids are walking down the street. Cop pulls up and asks, what are you doing? Kid answers, we ain't doing nothing. Cop says, get over here. Kid says why. Hey, he's a kid and doesn't handle this properly. Cop is out of the car and pulls the kid towards the car. Kid fights back. Again, he's a kid and has done nothing wrong. He's going to fight. A struggle ensues as the cop goes for his gun. The kid ain't fighting for the gun, he's fighting to stop the cop from pulling the gun. Note: That's important. Cop gets his gun out and a shot goes off. Same time the kid breaks free and makes a run for it screaming and wailing his arms. Cop blasts him several time in the back. Kid is dead. Cop is guilty of 2nd degree murder.
Now once this comes out I'd give a go raise all the hell you want to the black community. Until then, keep your powder dry.

It's ironic that the cops are in the process of alienating the one group that gave them unqualified support, conservatives.

Many of us are alarmed by the increasing militarization of police forces, their apparent eagerness to go nuclear in any dispute, the over use of SWAT teams, the us versus them mentality and the coverups of criminal conduct.

The left has always had situational ethics. Who is right and who is wrong depends on the situation of the people involved - as in who is a member of which victim group and who is a "winner in life's lottery". Cops mow down a well behaved crowd at a tea party, justifiable use of force. Cops shoot a threatening black thug with a rap sheet - well that requires a federal investigation.

For some reason, they still dislike the charge of hypocrisy, apparently they somehow cling to the idea that they are more or less consistent with some minor issues.

And that is an interesting observation. If the cop really did murder this innocent kid, conservatives will indeed want to see justice. They don't want cops roaming around killing people at will no matter whom they kill.

Watching the aerial views this evening of the "protesters" gathering at the scene, it is not at all organized. It's a mob forming. Sun goes down, this gets ugly. Expect other cities to follow suit in the near future. They're not going to let this go until/unless they see the cop in question wearing cuffs. Some investigation shows it was a righteous shoot, this thing blows sky high.
