I saw a report that witnesses were inadvertantly taped while discussing the shooting. Apparently the story they told each other was at odds with their public statements that the policeman gunned down a boy trying to surrender. Instead he apparently charged the officer and kept going after taking several hits, leading to speculation he may have been high.
