St. Louis Riots Follow Common Script

What's the point of these black sob stories you seem addicted to? To make us feel bad? Sorry but I can post 10,000 stories about whites who were the victims of horrifying crimes committed by blacks. I understand that in liberal land, no one gives a crap about them but those of us in the real world do.

If you have a story about a white man who was not allowed to graduate because he had lunch with friends at a coloreds-only area of a park, go ahead and post it. I'd like to read it.

I guess my post sailed right over your head. An incident that someone claims without verification happened 75 years ago is somehow supposed to be relevant to rioting in Ferguson, MO now?

But thanks for making my point. You have no interest whatsoever in the tens of thousand of white victims of black crime. One isolated incident 75 years ago however is supposed to make us see this whole race hustle thing in a different light.

The story I posted had to do with racism, which is after all what this is all about. I could have started a new thread, but why?

In any case, this has nothing to do with white victims of black crime but of black victims of white police over-zealousness. If you want to post a story of an unarmed white man being shot in the back by black policemen, feel free to do so.

Which is why I keep saying that the left has no interest in this conversation they keep saying that they want to have about race, or anything else for that matter. They want to give lectures. No questions. No debate. No exchange of ideas. Just nod your head and agree.

Funny, I recall a un-PC version of this statement:

"honey, we need to talk" == "let's have a frank discussion about race" == "sit down and shut up. I'm going to kick your ass, and you're going to like it"

Here are some blacks cleaning up after the rioters and looters in Ferguson.

Good people. The type of people conservatives admire. The left admires the looters.

Now this post speaks volumes. Too bad we don't have Post Of The Month at ET.

Statement On The False Arrest Of Reporters Ryan Reilly And Wesley Lowery
Posted: 08/13/2014 11:23 pm EDT Updated: 1 hour ago

We are relieved Ryan Reilly and Wesley Lowery are safe, but we are disturbed by their arrest and assault.

Ryan was working on his laptop in a McDonald's near the protests in Ferguson, Mo., when police barged in, armed with high-powered weapons, and began clearing the restaurant. Ryan photographed the intrusion, and police demanded his ID in response. Ryan, as is his right, declined to provide it. He proceeded to pack up his belongings, but was subsequently arrested for not packing up fast enough. Both Ryan and Wesley were assaulted.

Compared to some others who have come into contact with the police department, they came out relatively unscathed, but that in no way excuses the false arrest or the militant aggression toward these journalists. Ryan, who has reported multiple times from Guantanamo Bay, said that the police resembled soldiers more than officers, and treated those inside the McDonald's as "enemy combatants." Police militarization has been among the most consequential and unnoticed developments of our time, and it is now beginning to affect press freedom.

First they came for the underclass...

I agree, it would appear, based on what we know, the police are going full tilt and have some serious explaining to do. The only aspect about all of this I find rather curious is that you folks on the left consider it a problem when it happens to your reporters and media.

Where have you been? These types of stories have been literally swamping the news for quite some time - oh, not the main stream news - they've ignored most of it. Finally, now, you catch up. Lucrum has been running a thread on this topic for over a year now!

Before it was ok, though. They were acting as authorized representatives of the state.
