Shkreli Arrested on Securities Fraud Charges

Is anyone actually surprised by this news? The douche bag had too many haters, including Uncle Sam. What did you expect?
 
Witch hunt, they had this case for 4 years. Now all of the sudden they come out with arrest warrants? Dude hit a nerve and prosecutors want to make their career taking him down

Ah, I see what you mean. I think the SEC guys aren't allowed to short anything at all, and have some long holding period for long buys too (6+ months?). But you never know.

Obviously not the SEC guys personally but rather family members and friends or what about the people who know what the SEC is looking into, plenty of eyes on the documents.
 
Martin seriously can't be a douchebag and expect no consequences.

Raising drug price was a bad move considered that there might be a lot of rich and powerful peoples and their family members rely on these drugs. If they or their friends and family are pissed off, they are willing to spend the money to get justice.
