Sheriff Joe To Vet Obama's Eligibility

Quote from Trader666:

What I find fascinating is that your life is so empty and miserable in Canada that you try to take your "mind" off of it by accusing others of things while your head is implanted firmly in your ass, like the time you started a thread accusing someone of treason without even knowing what it meant.

Canada? That certainly explains his unamercan comments. The question that begs to be answered is why far left socialists would be frequenting a trading forum? Doesn't capitalism go against everything they stand for?

Quote from bighorn:

Here is my definition;

Racist (new age definition) n. 1) Anyone who supports color-blindness and equality rather than racial preferences and affirmative action in jobs, education, housing, and public accommodation. 2) Anyone who dares reveal data and facts that reflect negatively on a "preferred" minority group. 3) Anyone who suggests that all people should take personal responsibility and remove themselves from the victim plantation.
And yours?

For the record, I don't care for Obama's white half either.

Slam dunk!

Quote from bighorn:

I simply made a blanket statement in response to your having pulled the race card in lieu of logically explaining your point of view...
I have no doubt that you excel at blanket statements. As for the race card, it exists for a reason. That you would think it doesn't apply to a birther thread at this stage suggests a blind spot, willing or otherwise. As for "explaining my point of view?" Really? The only president in US history who has ever been subjected to this level of scrutiny by posters who have a history of borderline racist posts (watermellon references, allusions to wishing him dead and so on). Oh, and this prez just happens to be black. What a coincidence, eh? Ever heard of dog whistle politics?

Do you really have that much difficulty connecting the dots? Or are you just obfuscating for the cause?

So . . . . how is pink panty fetish sheriff joe's vet action coming along so far ?

He declaration that the documents are forged and that a crime has been committed is resonating with the electorate and several states are going to require that the State of Hawaii provide certified copies of the real documents or they will take the Obama regime to court.

I don't think the legal part of this matters but I do think that uncertainty has been sown with the electorate and its just another straw on the camel's back.

Disagree 377

I don't know the exact wording or clause but the Constitution says all states have to accept other states certifications/documents.(Ca has to accept a Hawaii BC for a CA drivers license/CA has to accept A Hawaii drivers licenses for HA residents to drive in CA and use as identification in CA etc)

The Federal government accepts Hawaiis certified birth certificate as proof of birth, they are not going to let a state say they wont imo

They might take it to court, but birthers are around 0-85 in court. Many of those cases birthers said Obamas BC was fake

While I think its going nowhere I think Obama would love the 2012 election to be about birth control and his birth certificate

Pardon my messed up grammar. My smartphone wants to "correct" things and does so with a mind of its own so I've been posting some weird syntax lately.

I'm just saying that Hawaii will need to supply certified copies and that is supposed to satisfy the states and it probably will if they are genuine. I don't know what happens if a state rejects the certified copies, they probably get sued by the Feds.

States don't have to accept documents from other states in all cases.

In this context the birth certificate is a license to be eligible to run for president. Different states have different requirements for different documents. For instance, Cali will not recognize a license to own a firearm in Texas. So some guy who is visiting from Texas will be treated as if he is not licensed if caught with his gun.

The FC&C deal is for cases involving child custody/support, divorce, wills, estates, etc. It's not to stuff one states standards down another's throat.

In Hawaii you didn't have to be born there to get a birth certificate, in all other states you do.

A state doesn't have to take documents that don't fit their standards.

The Full Faith and Credit Clause is the familiar name used to refer to Article IV, Section 1 of the United States Constitution, which addresses the duties that states within the United States have to respect the "public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state."

A birth certificate is a state record,a canceled carry permit is not
