I would restore the ability of administrators to use sound judgement to differentiate between attackers and victims -- and appropriately apply suspensions and expulsions to the guilty party. I would also eliminate the concept of "protected groups" and allow all students who continuously act out to be suspended and/or expelled. Schools should be for students who want to learn - not for those who victimize others.
You do recognize that this is the way U.S. schools operated for decades, until recently.
And what would you do with the students who were are suspended or expelled?
