You should have stopped right there, every thing that followed is irrelevant.
Quote from Spiker:
Sadly there is the one X Factor that is missing. . . . . ROMNEY IS NOT PRESIDENTIAL MATERIAL.. Not only will we once again be the laughing stock of the outside world, the terrorists will be rubbing their hands with glee in anticipation..
Quote from AK Forty Seven:
Obama said during the campaign that he would end the Iraq war and send more troops to Afghanistan to take out Al quada
McCain said he would keep troops in Afghanistan, keep troops in Iraq and promised more wars were coming
I voted for the guy who promised the least amount of war
2012
Obama has ended The Iraq war ,set a time to leave Afghanistan, has cut defense spending and is taking a much lesser aggressive stance towards Iran
Romney wont say when he will leave Afghanistan, says that we should still be in Iraq ,wants to increase the 700 billion dollar a year defense budget and has promised a very aggressive foreign policy stance towards Iran and other countries
Again,I am voting for the guy promising less war and cutting military industrial complex spending.
Quote from IShopAtPublix:
That is not a deep analysis of US presidential elections. If you can't energize your base, you are fucked. It is that simple. Nobody is going to be excited to vote for Romney save for his family. He has been the weakest frontrunner by far in recent memory. He almost lost the state he was born in and where his father was governor to a laughable joke of a candidate. Only reason Romney carried Ohio, Michigan, etc is because of 5:1 or more spending advantage. Regardless of how Obama's fundraising goes Romney won't have 5:1 or 10:1 spending advantage.
Fact of the matter is, Romney is a 3rd rate politician. He does not connect with voters, looks stiff, bland, boring, has zero charisma. Americans don't vote for robots or corpses for president.
Romney has been a classical private equity businessman. I don't know about you, but I don't want a country run like a leveraged buyout.
As to evangelical voters, Obama is the status quo. Evangelicals look at Mormonism as a cult. Between Obama vs unknown, Obama is better. Mitt Romney is an active supporter of Mormon church. He gave it millions of dollars, and vast numbers of evangelicals do NOT want to see it expand.

wait let me guess after shilling for Obama for 4 years... you just made up your mind to vote for him. You need a new routine.
No one here thinks you are an open minded voter. You have had an agenda for years.
Making him just as big a warmonger as the rest. We had already done most of the damage to the Taliban before Bush left office. We're just spinning our wheels over now and have been the entire time Obama has been the CIC.Quote from AK Forty Seven:

War IS war, you can't be a little bit pregnant.Again,I am voting for the guy promising less war...

Go ahead and rationalize and delude yourself all you want though. Obviously you're good at that or you'd never supported BO to begin with.
Quote from AK Forty Seven:
You must have missed all those posts I made stating I would vote for Paul over Obama in a general election
Quote from jem:
AK - I am giving you a hard time true. But come on we know you have a brain... now you are patronizing us but it is so far fetched it something else.
Its like saying I would vote for Obama if he would eliminate personal income tax, replace it with a flat tax on corps, ban any form of giving money to politicians for anything and make sure neither congress or the Fed debased the dollar.
Oh wait... that would be like voting for Paul.
