That state's governor has 100% power to open up if they want to...I dont get the problem. If they can jump through all the phases in a week they can open up.

Trump said reopening can be a decision for the Governors ...some rural contry flyover is most likely a RED State...

Alright, at least there is someone who understands it. 90% of the people posting on this topic think the lockdown is meant to reduce the number of people it infects. The whole point is to reduce the rate so hospitals are not overwhelmed.

What that said, it eliminates their arguments. They have nothing to offer.

I fully understand that you spend your days sitting on your ass, collecting money from the government, so since the lockdown started, your day to day life has not changed a whole lot. It is easy to see why you don't care.
