lol, nobodys around in the mornings. But I should work instead of reading threads.
Sierra is 120 usd a year. Qoute tracker is free with commercials. I´ve only looked at a little, but you will find out in a minute that it´s impossible to trade with commercials blinking on your screen.

Also, you can try Sierra for free for 7 days. And if you only want to
sign up for one month at a time, it is only $17.

As far as trading with QT and the ads, all you have to do is put a
chart over them and you don't even know they are there...:)

I didn´t really understand your last questions Achilles, but I only focus on the main channels and patterns. The best thing you can do is to look carefully at Maks and easyriders charts in the previous thread and spend day in day out drawing them in realtime. I cheat a litlle and use moving averages too, the 9 ema carries the fast trends very well, don´t know if that was what you meant by speed lines.

You are a true genius.
I spent a couple of hours with the program, but that idea never occoured to me. :)

Quotetracker is only $60 a year for the registered version and is pretty handy for drawing channels.

Yesterday had lots of opportunities no matter how you trade. Today should be pretty interesting too as we are right at the last swing high. Do we break higher, reverse, or base for awhile?

Hi guys, looking for some insight.

There has been a lot of discussion about market PACE as monitored on the 5-min fractal. But, what if you want to monitor larger fractals such as 60-min?

(Note: I'm not necessarily looking for a freebie, but need some clues. )

In trading the 60-min fractal is it necessary to drop down to the 5-min fractal to get a feel for pace? Analyzing volume bands or delta price, time, volume relationship is not as effective on the larger fractals?

Thanks in advance for any clues or hints.

Ryan

I have a higher time frame channel line that may act as resistance. Watch the volume for continuation or reversal. Watch a smaller time frame for advance clues.

I don't think that there are such restrictions, but there is a higher probability that the new point 2 and especially the new point 3 to be outside the old channel. Most of the times to properly draw the slope of the new channel you have to use as point 1 the last swing in the direction of the old channel, when you have more than one, even if it was not the most extreme.

Regarding the FTT, it seems that it indicates a higher probability of reversal.

Hey Guys,

A few questions:

Point one is determined as the lowest or highest point in the last trend that 'failed to traverse'.

Which is point one when the last traverse never fails (makes a full right to left traverse) then comes back left to right and breaks right through the main trendline?

And can points 1 2 3 all exist inside the most recent trend or must points 2 and 3 be outside the old trend?

Thank you :)

Can a thread die from stupidity? Too bad peope don't. If a head injury patient flatlined for two days, he'd be an organ donor. This thread's brain would be better beaten and eaten with scrambled eggs than transplanted.
