I spoke to bill zimmerman over there and supposedly what happened is when they were upgrading there servers to incorporate Trade Navigator platform, some application caused a problem throughout the system. They are taking the trade navigator down for a few weeks to finish the upgrade. I have alot of confidence in these guys they will get this done shortly. they have always been very reliable. Trade Navigator/TransAct Update.
As many of you are aware, some unsubstantiated comments have been made
regarding a
negative impact on the TransAct systems caused by Trade
Navigator.
To help add clarity to these false accusations, I want to
share with you some of the initiatives we are currently working on directly
with TransAct.
As many of you know, TransAct has had a great reputation for stability
for many years. They are good, hard working, honest people in my
opinion. That is why we are working with them and why we think you should
too.
Although Genesis has been in business for over 23 years, our Trade
Navigator is new to the Transact Platform. We have added many new features
and benefits, many of which have come directly working with the folks
at TransAct, both our customers, partners and many of you. In addition,
TransAct is also in the process of setting up an entire server
environment unique to Trade Navigator clients at Transact.
Through this custom environment, both firms will be able to provide a
powerful trading solution and be prepared to expeditiously respond to
improvements and not be impacted with any issues created by non Trade
Navigator customers.
I am working directly with Transacts President to get this moving
forward as quickly, yet as safely as possible.
As you know, I could talk and boast about how great we are and why you
should trust us, but, it all comes down to learning for yourself. They
only way to build trust is for you to use our software and decide for
yourself.
That is why we are offering free use of our data and software through
the month of March. You can pick the standard, Autopilot or the
Platinum version for free through the end of March. Pick which ever platform
you want to use and we will set it up for you. We will be pushing all
free trials to the end of March.
