We do not know if outside of universe there is another universe with a different version of time... or no time.
the only thing we know is that time in our universe started after the big bang.

We don't know if there is time outside our universe.

You still haven't said how without any time, something would have the time to exist.

I have no need to explain that statement it was opened ended. If there is time outside the universe there would be time. But I did not assert that there is time outside the universe. There may be no time outside our universe.

Your statement is the one that can't be supported. Mine made perfect sense.

Of course you don't know that but this God you state, exists outside of time. Outside of time is not inside time. So before time then - and therefore at no time.

A concept which presumes God. I was not asserting that God exists.

Jesus once said the rain is falling for both good and bad guys.

He also talked a parable about a farmer asked his two sons for helping work, while one promised (as believers) to help without even actually showing up at all, but the other verbally denied (as non-believers) to help finally turning up for helping.

When asked, Jesus replied only God is good!

Separately, he further mentioned a man should not be judgemental.

All of these were very similar to Stoic philosophy - Indifferent. Peace-building messages!
