I suspect that if this were a murder trial, these sworn affidavits and witnesses would well lead to a conviction.

You are telling me what you heard someone say....which would be easy to verify and put in front of a judge. A judge threw out plenty of affidavits for various errors I believe.
Again....when someone tells me they have clear evidence of fraud..the evidence should clearly show that fraud resulted in an entire state of millions of votes going one way and not the other.
Evidence of some incorrect ballots which were caught is not evidence the entire results were wrong.
Then you agree both cases have hearsay uncorraberated evidence and should come to the same conclusion that no collusion, coercement or fraud and Trump was not convicted Biden won the election.

Liberals touted 24/7 the importance of an anonymous individuals testimony, unable to identify or cross examine, unsubstantiated by physical evidence. But when people, under oath and penalty of perjury, the same Liberals turn a blind eye, disregarding their testimony and better yet threaten the witnesses when they come forward.

At the beginning of the trial, they put forward eight proposals to subpoena various witnesses or documents the administration has refused to turn over. All were voted down along party lines. However, another vote on subpoenas will take place next week.
But several Republicans said Saturday they are more convinced than ever that it is not necessary to issue new subpoenas. Sen. Ron Johnson said he saw no need whatsoever to call witnesses.
Also people provided affidavits of what they believe and heard....people who are stout Trump supporters...not independent 3rd party witnesses.
Don't murderers bring up defense witnesses who testify they beleive their friend, father, brother etc.. could never do the crime he is accused of...even after the evidence says otherwise.
