Democrats have pushed Republicans to at least call for more evidence. At the beginning of the trial, they put forward eight proposals to subpoena various witnesses or documents the administration has refused to turn over. All were voted down along party lines. However, another vote on subpoenas will take place next week.
But several Republicans said Saturday they are more convinced than ever that it is not necessary to issue new subpoenas. Sen. Ron Johnson said he saw no need whatsoever to call witnesses.

Senate Republicans blocked an effort by Democrats to unanimously pass three election security-related bills Tuesday, marking the latest attempt to clear legislation ahead of the November elections
Democrats tried to get consent to pass two bills that require campaigns to alert the FBI and Federal Election Commission (FEC) about foreign offers of assistance, as well as legislation to provide more election funding and ban voting machines from being connected to the internet.
But Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) opposed each of the requests. Under the Senate's rules, any one senator can ask for unanimous consent to pass a bill, but any one senator can object and block their requests.

So far Republicans in the Senate have blocked each effort, downplaying the threats and saying states should take the lead instead of the federal government.

Some are willing to put up with intimidation and threats and even go against their party because they believe election integrity is fundamental to our Democracy, as such, far outweighing political ideology.

Florida attorney busted for voter fraud in Georgia — and for encouraging other Republicans to join him
A Florida attorney was caught on tape outlining his plan to vote illegally in Georgia’s runoff elections and encouraging fellow Republicans to do the same.
Attorney Bill Price was recorded on a since-deleted Facebook Live video describing his plan to commit voter fraud to the Bay County Republican Party members on Nov. 7, about a half hour after the presidential election was called for Joe Biden, reported WSB-TV.
“I’d love to tell you that there are legal avenues for success in the courts, but as a realist and as a lawyer myself, I know that that’s just not going to happen,” Price told the GOP gathering.
Price told the crowd that he was moving to his brother’s address in Hiram, Georgia, to register to vote in the Jan. 5, and he spells out his brother’s name and address as other Republicans take notes, and some can be heard murmuring the information as they write.
“We can truly register at that address?” asks one woman.
“Sure,” Price says, but suggests having mail sent there to show a move to the state.
“And can it be anywhere in the state of Georgia you can register?” another woman asks. “So if you’ve got cousins, dogs, cats that live somewhere else, it doesn’t need to be one particular county?”
“Yep,” Price says. “This is going to be a statewide election on Jan. 5. I’m going to be voting for Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue.”
One woman asks about the registration deadline, which is Monday, and Price says he’s not sure but advises her how to check online.
“It can be done online or you can request your ballot at your new address in Georgia by mail,” Price says. “You just go to the secretary of state’s website for the state of Georgia and register to vote there.”
Price tells the Republican gathering that he’s planning to get a Georgia driver’s license and have mail sent to his brother’s house to vote in the runoff, and warns the crowd that the stakes are high.

Lawyer Sidney Powell, who has appeared alongside the President's legal team on several occasions to support his efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election, continues to make headlines with hilarious examples of incompetence.
In a recent lawsuit Powell requested Wisconsin "decertify" the election results that gave Joe Biden a win in the state. Powell also demanded Wisconsin officials release security camera footage from the TCF Center.
The TCF Center is located in Detroit, Michigan.
Sounds like you, too, have not listened to the interviews of several witnesses, as posted in this and other threads. By the way, more witnesses are coming forward. There are probably hundreds more witnesses wanting to be heard.

In addition, her credibility was further reduced with it was discovered she deleted social media accounts prior to her testimony presumably over concerns how her posts would be perceived. in other words, a “Conciousness of guilt”?

With a friendly media, the Democrats get more mileage with ultimately impeached singular witnesses than Republicans can get with dozens to hundreds of corroborating witnesses, most of whom performing official functions related to their jobs when discovering election related anomalies compared to Democrat witnesses that included a Democrat paid foreigner, a Democrat operative claiming a unverifiable sex crime was committed decades earlier, and an actor attempting to incite a riot for political purposes.
