Why have Muslims written about or drawn on the Bible during every century of Islam? Two points help to shed light on this. First, if it is assumed that when Islam emerged in the 1st/7th century it was to supplant Judaism and Christianity, this engagement with the Bible might seem puzzling at first sight. However, the Qur’an regularly presents itself as confirming, not altering, the original revelation of these faiths, for example when describing revelation to Muhammad as ‘the truth confirming what is with them’ [here, the Jews] (Q2:91).[1] Most prominent among these original revelations are what God sent down to Moses, the Torah (Tawrāt in Arabic), and to Jesus, the Gospel (Injīl, singular). Why Do Muslims Believe The Bible Is Corrupted?

In 1064, Ibn-Khazem, FIRST charged that the Bible had been corrupted and the Bible falsified. This charge was to defend Islam against Christianity because Ibn-Khazem come upon differences and contradiction between the Bible and the Quran. Believing, by faith that the Quran was true, the Bible must then be false. He said, "Since the Quran must be true it must be the conflicting Gospel texts that are false. But Muhammad tells us to respect the Gospel. Therefore, the present text must have been falsified by the Christians after the time of Muhammad." His argument was not based on any evidence or historical facts but only on his personal faith, reasoning and desire to safeguard the Quran. This led him to teach that, "The Christians lost the revealed Gospel except for a few traces which God has left intact as argument against them."

Many great MUSLIM teachers DO NOT believe the Bible has been corrupted and ACCEPT the authenticity of our PRESENT New Testament texts.

Just as the original story of the worldwide flood became corrupted, yet ended up in nearly every culture in forms that sound like kids playing the game "telephone," the knowledge of God that our early ancestors had has become corrupted when handed down from those who did not know God so that there are a variety of false beliefs. The evidence for the reliability AND uniqueness of the Bible is overwhelming, especially when compared to other religions!

Why should anyone trust in Christianity over Islam, Buddhism, Mormonism, or anything else? It is because there are absolute truths. Only in Christianity are there accurately fulfilled prophecies of a coming Messiah. Only in Christianity do we have the extremely accurate transmission of the eyewitness documents (gospels). So, we can trust what was originally written. Only in Christianity do we have the person of Christ who claimed to be God, performed many miracles to prove His claim of divinity, who died and rose from the dead, and who said that He alone was the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). All this adds to the legitimacy and credibility of Christianity above all other religions – all based on the person of Jesus. It could not be that Jesus is the only Truth, and other religions also are the truth.

Either Jesus is true, and all other religions are false, or other religions are true, and Jesus is false. There are no other options. I choose to follow the risen Lord Jesus.

The Bible Is Unique In Its Creation
The Bible has two authors: the first is God and the second is humans. In fact, God himself began writing the Bible. God wrote the Ten Commandments with his own hand. 1

Somehow weirdly, the byproduct of christian teaching is an occupational hazard of pedophiles and abuse. Wonder why.

Another thing, the ministry has lots of gays/homosexuals, the very thing the bible abhors.
But as mentioned previously, christianity and being honest with yourself are not things that go together, hypocrisy is common due to the fact being yourself is frowned upon in christianity, one is forced to conform to strict doctrine rules.
