Nothing a temperature tax won't fix. Here's how it works and it's all based on science, no politics. A worldwide tax is imposed based on average annual temperature. Starts at zero for 2016. If the world wide average annual temp goes up one degree the temperature tax rate goes up to 1% for everybody. If it goes down 1 degree the tax rate goes down 1%. Adjusted every year. All the revenue from the tax is then given to the coldest country to reward them for doing something right.

Not a lie at all. Earlier research pointed to that. It still is not totally clear and there is some debate among the scientists. Other studies show ice loss. One thing for sure is that it is NOT getting colder down there.
You seem to be having a hard time explaining how a carbon tax would work and where the revenue from the carbon tax would go and how it would make temperatures lower.

No where could I find where the revenue goes. There was typical democrat accounting in that you pay the tax, but if your footprint is below average your tax goes down thus "coming out ahead." Nowhere can I find how the tax makes temperatures lower. It all sounds like just punishment. If I don't do what you want I get punished. Nothing there really to get excited about. at anyrate, I see no connection between the carbon tax and colder temps if that really is the goal. My weather is just fine, could be a little warmer in the winter but the cold keeps the riff raff out. I have an average IQ, this carbon tax seems to be understandable only to the select few of you with higher IQs.

Revenue-neutral means that government retains little if any of the tax revenues raised by taxing carbon emissions. The vast majority of the revenues are returned to the public; with, perhaps, small amounts utilized to assist communities dependent on fossil-fuel extraction and processing to adapt and convert to low- or non-carbon economies.

Let's look at the reality.... Revenue neutral means that the government skims off a percentage to administer the program, then the private companies with government connections used to manage the program skims off at least 1/3. After this crony capitalists who add no value to the economy receive the remainder as revenue for doing nothing to improve air quality but plenty in political contributions. All the while the population gets screwed with higher utility costs, gas prices, and economic losses. This is how a Carbon Tax will work.
