The "transgender woman" is a lawyer and lgbt activist. It was a set up. The LGBT community is hellbent on destroying Phillips.
Again anyone can go into his bakery and buy off the shelf. He just will not create custom cakes, pastries etc with themes that go against his religious beliefs. This includes Halloween themes, anything promoting alcohol or drug usage. And anything that promotes violence or hatred against others, even LGBT.
