Pictures of your trading stations

Figure the cards to run the monitors also. Forgot to add that in. They range massively in price. I use a quad, and a dual when running 6 (run 4 now). You can get dual matrox g450's really cheap via ebay. the pci's are spendier than the agp though.

Wholly lacking in counterspace dude.

I'm worse than a woman in her kitchen in that regard, often for no other reason than to prop my feet up or lay out a Financial Times ....:)

There's a whole section which is partially obstructed from view that has room at least to spread out books and such. My ham radio setup is also in that corner.

This was a custom built desk me and my father built together when I was in high school. Made out of 2 doors in an L configuration, stained and such. It's withstood a lot of stuff (even a small flood in the basement)

speaking on behalf of the "fairer" sex...no..their eyes would just glaze over...a few pictures on the wall would be nice:)

LOL!

A bit like a chick showing off her collection of food mixers, saucepans and oven gloves I guess!

:p actually since a lot of guys are into cooking these days probably more like a girl showing off her 400 pair of Manolo Blaknic (or whoever he is) shoes:D

Here's a pic of my main workstation. FWIW, I use a total of 30 19'' and 20'' monitors among 7 computers. The system on the right has 12 monitors vertically oriented (2x6). I don't like the way the wiring looks but in an emergency I want them fairly accessible.:D
You and MAESTRO have given me a serious case of screen envy.

so then may be some of the guys on ET WOULD be interested!!

I've worked w/dual monitors before and you really get used to the convenience of not having to minimize everything you're working on. As soon as I find a techie geek I'm setting it up.

I didn't read all of this thread so I may be jumping in a the wrong point, but if you want to set up a multi-monitor station you don't need a techie geek.

I thought the same thing when I was ready to do mine so I went to a local computer shop and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Instead I read a few threads on this site, bought a Matrox card on Ebay for $45 and did it myself. It was a piece of cake. And I'm far from a techie geek.
