Wrong and there are worse things than losing.
Trump was the only chance not to win the election. The best candidate out there was Rubio. If Rubio had been the candidate he would have won 400 EC votes.
Seriously, Hillary is an awful candidate. You can put her up against any generic republican and she loses.
Rubio would have won the nomination if he had not been an advocate for amnesty and open borders. He has no one to blame but himself.
It's not clear to me he would have won so easily. Romney seemed like a far more impressive candidate but lost because he couldn't motivate older white voters to get out and vote. Rubio would have had the same problem.
Due to demographics and The EC map it didn't matter how bad she was.While she is a bad candidate she knows how to rip her opponents to shreds.She beat everybody but Obama and she would have beaten him if she had released the rev wright tapes before he had a big lead.Any generic republican would not have beaten her.
She ran an awful campaign in 2008 and lost in the primary. This year she ran unopposed in the primary and is against an awful candidate in the general.
She did better against Obama than Romney and McCain.
She was not unopposed in the primary and she made a lot of good democratic candidates step aside this cycle because they did not want to face the Clinton machine.
Word is as popular as Rudy Giuliani was at the time he bowed out of the NY Senate race against her because she had information that would have destroyed him.
