Mike Pence won the vice presidential debate before it happened, according to a post on the Republican National Committee's website.
The page seen around 7:20 p.m. ET declared Indiana Gov. Pence "the clear winner" of the vice presidential debate against Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia. The debate starts at 9 p.m. ET.

After watching the debate -- they simply properly called it in advance.
Kaine doing a great job hammering Trumps shady business dealings and negatives while Pences attacks on Hillary is falling flat.Kaines not beating Pence as bad as Hillary beat Trump but he is winning.

That is one slanted point of view you have there.
I will agree that Hillary did better in the previous debate. However there is no way that any objective reasonable person can state that Kaine is beating Pence in this debate.
