OEC dead in the water this AM?

I have been trading on the system from 9:30 am ET to 10:00 am ET and the orders are very fast. I am getting some market order fills in the ES in sub 25ms and I am on a wireless. I have done 28 orders with the slowest fill at 31ms. That is freakin fast considering I am on a wireless network. All my charts are working. It seems OEC may have figured this out.

......They told me that they aren't experiencing any issues and that I must be an isolated case.
They tried to make you feel incompetent instead of themselves :)

Hahaha, they did their best to do that!

I think I may have finally figured it out though. In order to get charts to actually work I needed to load the default layout and then redo all my charts from there.

I did that and it seems like it's actually working for once all week. I have it up next to another data-feed and it's pretty comparable now.

I have had NO issues this morning after having issues all week. They did an upgrade last weekend. I dont believe this is the norm. Every technology out there has a issue once in a while. Thats the business

When trying to access some of the reports for this week I tried to run a report from Monday 8/31 and got this message. WTF!! 3 days???

As you are aware OEC had a mandatory upgrade last weekend to version 3.4. As a result of this release, OEC had reliability issues that were not consistent with client's expectations. OEC has a long-standing history of reliable, stable technology and a commitment to innovation in trading features and functions. We are disappointed that our latest release did not meet the high standards both we here at OEC and our customers have grown to expect over the years.

While the roll out was not optimal, we are excited about the potential this new architecture provides. The new version paves the way to build out our global connectivity including Asia as well as add equity and equity options. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to your trading our data center issues have caused.

I would like to assure you we remain committed to providing the high quality technology, service and support you've come to expect from OEC.

How about free commissions for the week? How about something to compensate customers who've been absolutely screwed by your f**ckups this week and inability to just roll it back when it became clear it was DOA?

So if it was DOA, how were you able to trade to generate commissions? Am I missing something?

BTW - I was able to trade fine with them from bell to bell today. No slowness, no hiccups, and very fast fills. That plus the nice note from Mr. Tomsic makes me feel better.

Today for me (friday) went fine with the new platform *knock on wood* hopefully they have all the bugs worked out.:)

Issues still not worked out, the 6eu9 charts are frozen, but the dom works fine. 6 freaking days in a row. This company must be run by idiots.

It was up sporadically, but not robust enough for me to feel safe, so I had to keep checking to make sure all my orders were still there. I'm still getting random popup messages from OEC trader.
