Odumbo/Dictator WARNS, 'unelected' Supreme Court against striking down health law'

Quote from Mav88:

Highest student position?- big effing deal

The most prestigious law review in the country where The current President of The United States and 4 current US Supreme Court Justices are alumni. I agree it is a big effing deal

can you read? honestly, can you? your statement indicates a real reading comprehension problem

Highest student position?- big effing deal, I can't even remember my undergrad or graduate student president, I can't remember my honor society president. I'm glad I don't make an issue of it because that would be small minded, as would being impressed by magna cum laude for someone held up as intellectual.

Which community college did you attend?

...the symbolic President of which Obama was selected at large because affirmative action policies said the highest ranking student was not always to be selected.

I guess you can't ascertain sarcasm, should have known, but by all means continue to be impressed along with all the other fawning liberal underclass

The editor position has an AA policy, not The President position

The editor position only has 10 slots which it can use AA out of 181 to 231 applicants

Obama was among the top of his class by grades alone (magna cum laude).Clear proof he was among the top of his class by grades yet you continue to say its all because of AA

He wasn't the top ranking student, so he shouldn't have been the pres.. it's that simple.

There are really 2 possibilities about obamas position on the current healthcare bill:

1) he (the former president of the harvard law review) doesn't know/understand the Constitution. At least not to the degree of his peers, who he surpassed in rank on said review, that now sit on the Supreme Court - and APPEAR to disagree with him... which is a case against aa (like we really need more evidence that it is wrong).

2) he does in fact understand the Constitution, but feels for whatever reason, that the highest law in the land doesn't apply to him. Not only that but the branch of govt empowered BY THE Constitution to rule on the Constitutionality of a new law, has no right to do so if he disagrees with them... which is a case against obama as a president, an american, and as a person.

I personally feel it is the latter case, because it fits the mold that he has cast for himself. Either way he is a douche, and so are the lemmings who follow him blindly.

The President position isn't based on the top grade ranking, nor should it be .The decision of the majority of 80 editors along with good grades is a better selection process

An egg head who does nothing but go to class ,study, then go to sleep might have the best grades but that doesn't mean they are best for The President position

And this is really the point. He either isn't aware of Marbury vs. Madison and so is a bit schlocky as an attorney or he does know and he doesn't care because he is a bit schlocky as a President.

The President's failure to develop a contingency plan in case his signature legislation is found to be unconstitutional is incredibly stupid. To just continue to say that he "is confident the law will be upheld" is just another indication that he is in way over his head in his job.

Obama is a product of affirmative action. His grades and so-called accomplishments were handed to him because of his race and the experience left him unprepared to lead or to recognize his own limitations.

@ AK - the article you posted, on pg 2 says that the system was changed to insure that minority students made their way to the editor position. Sure it doesn't say president but it is reasonable to assume that this was an eventuality of the policy. the first sentence also says that students and professors reacted cautiously to the selection, which I interpret as.. controversial decision. It also says in that article that in the original system the president was the student with the highest academic ranking.

Again the system being changed solely to incorporate minorities, is stupid, unless one of the rules was "you have to be a white male". lol

34 of 44 slots for editor are merit based (77 %)

Obama graduated among the top 10 % of his class .Why are you even arguing that he got in do to AA when his grades were among the top 10 % of the class

I agree, this isn't even just against obama. anyone who gets special treatment for their ENTIRE life is going to be unprepared should things not go their way. He doesn't have any clue that he even has limitations. A dangerous flaw for the leader of anything, but especially the POTUS.
