I wouldnt say he complete control. We have found out that there were many bad actors in the FBI and other intelligence agencies so he had to work through those issues.

Unfortunately none of these people are going to jail. They know too much so they will be protected. The evidence thus far does seem to indicate that Obama was fully involved in the cabal that Comey and the gang were operating. Since taking down Comey would take down Obama, it is highly unlikely anything will happen.

We have to start somewhere. Someone has to charge Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe for starters. AG William Barr should convene a grand jury to do the investigation then, file charges where warranted. Once, one falls, they will take down the rest of them.
