China already is in a position to do whatever they want and they are. They win the long game and there will be no direct military action. Not needed. Some bullshit skirmishes here and there around the globe to keep bleeding us out financially, but they want the place kept intact. Maybe 5 years, maybe 50, they don't give a shit.
