Its odd that fc is taking what piezoe wrote and sort of act like it supports agw nutters. To me is was neutral. Piezoe was just presenting the view held by many real scientists.

So you take Piezoe's understanding and then project it out into the real world and you get this...

I believe Piezoe was highly supportive of this video by murray salby. This video should disabuse anyone watching of agw nutter ideas.

The last 10 to 20 minutes sums it up.

Then you need to read it again. Because it is the essential element to understanding AGW. If you are having problem understanding, it would explain your obvious confusion/ignorance/confusion about AGW.

you really are some sort of reverse savant. you can take science and become ignorant.

piezoe explained the theory of how the greenhouse effect is created / works and he also explained how the the cooling effect seems to work.

nothing he wrote is really controversial... nor does it even come close to endorsing the idea that adding man made co2 to the current atmosphere would create significant warming (or measurable warming).

nothing he said can be used to support the idea that man made co2 is responsible for warming the last 50 years.


for that you need to understand that scientists have come up with models of how the atmosphere works. They have created ideas such as energy budges and energy balances.

you need to understand the last 10 minutes of the salby video I posted.

if I recall that was fully endorsed by piezoe and it destroys, completely destroys your deceitful arguments.

Let me say that I appreciate piezoe's recent in-detail and complete summaries on this tread. Very direct and without the usual ranting that we see from either side of the 'global warming' debate.
 
So everyone is clear that CO2 absorbs heat (emitted from the earth for example) and then re-radiates it in all directions. This is an indisputable fact.

Right?

fhl? Are you able to admit any scientific fact at all to do with AGW?
