All I'm saying is that the accused has rights, be the accused a person named Clinton, or named Trump. You can't claim the leaks should not be taken as actual evidence for the Clinton case and then say they are relevant evidence in the Trump case. Witnesses can be held to account and sense Team Muller isn't jumping up and down about witnesses running their mouths, that leaves one thing. Leaks. Giuliani: Cohen tape is 'powerful exculpatory evidence'

President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani said Friday that a tape of Trump and his then-personal lawyer Michael Cohen discussing a payment to a former Playboy model will exonerate Trump.
"Nothing in that conversation suggests that he had any knowledge of it in advance," Giuliani told The New York Times of the taped conversation about the payment.
"In the big scheme of things, it's powerful exculpatory evidence," he added.
The tape, reportedly seized by the FBI during a raid of Cohen's office earlier this year, features a conversation between Trump and Cohen two months before the 2016 election about making a payment to former Playboy model Karen McDougal, who alleges she had an affair with Trump, according to The New York Times.
Cohen is reportedly under federal investigation over payments he made to women alleging affairs with Trump ahead of the 2016 election.
Giuliani told the Times that the payment was never made to McDougal, and that the recording lasted less than two minutes.
Cohen's legal team said the tape would not hurt their client.
"Obviously, there is an ongoing investigation, and we are sensitive to that," Cohen's lawyer, Lanny Davis, said in a statement. "But suffice it to say that when the recording is heard, it will not hurt Mr. Cohen. Any attempt at spin can not change what is on the tape."

Bombshell BBC report: Witnesses say Trump would ‘pursue models in their teens’
BBC’s “Panorama” program this weekend will release a bombshell report alleging that President Donald Trump used to regularly pursue teenage models who were as young as 17.
According to a press release issued Friday by the BBC, the investigation found that while “there’s no evidence that Donald Trump had sex with underage girls… the program has been told he did pursue models in their teens.”
The report is based on accounts of parties Trump threw in the 1980s and 1990s, in which drugs and alcohol were allegedly provided to underage teen models.
Witness Barbara Pilling tells “Panorama” that she was told by her modeling agency to attend a Trump party when she was just 17 — and that the future president hit on her when she arrived.
Specifically, she recalls to the BBC that Trump approached her and asked for her age — and when she replied she was 17, he said, “Oh great, so you’re not too young and you’re not too old.”
Trump at the time was in his 40s.
Pilling says that she resisted Trump’s advances and went to the bathroom, where another underage model told her that Trump tried to “grab my ass.”
