All the physical evidence and other information backed Zimmerman's account of the situation.

If I hear a noise outside my house, and I call 911... and they tell me it would be best to wait in the house and wait for the cops (who are 15 minutes away), but I decide to go out my front door to the public sidewalk (while armed) and see what is going on -- I am legally NOT the aggressor when a criminal thug attacks me and I put rounds in him in a stand-your-ground state. Same situation, just using a home instead of a car.

You are absolutely wrong about this --- as demonstrated by the trial. Zimmerman was in no way the aggressor.

In your case it would be reasonable that you were defending your home.Zimmerman following Martin in his car than getting out of his car to go after Martin isn't Zimmerman defending his home,car or self

That is not the definition of aggression. Zimmerman is allowed to take a walk to see what is going on regarding a suspicious person in his neighborhood. An act that he is legally allowed to do and is not a form of aggression. Attacking some like Trayvon did is aggression.

Clearly you live in your own fantasy world regarding this despite both the law and results of the trial showing you are incorrect.

If you desire to continue a conversation on this subject you should probably start another thread and move this off the Merkel thread.

You are legally allowed to follow someone in your neighborhood if they are suspicious. Is it wise? No. Is it legal? Yes. Does it make you an aggressor? No. Does it matter if the starting point of the incident is a car rather than a home? No

He seen what was going on from his car,called 911,told the 911 he was following him,911 told him police were on the way and they didnt want Zimmerman following him.Zimmerman was the aggressor.Martin tried to get away from Zimmerman,Zimmerman pursued Martin.

If you are defending your car there is no difference but if you are following someone in your car than get out of your car to pursue them there is a difference.

Zimmerman is legally allowed to get out of his car to take a walk to see where a suspicious person in his neighborhood is going. This does not make Zimmerman an aggressor. Physically attacking someone like Trayvon Martin did makes someone an aggressor. How many different times do we need to explain it to your until it sinks into your thick head?

We have a self-defense shooting down here in Knightdale, NC where the criminal's family is demanding the lady who shot the thug be prosecuted. The situation shows once again how out of touch families of criminals like Trayvon's are out of touch with basic reality and decency with their demands. All the while pulling out pictures of the thug as a 5 year old instead of his many booking photos. Some links:
