Marketsurfer's confession

If you really feel guilty or bad about it, then you wouldn't trade or solicit other people's money for trading anymore. Try trading your own money, you can be as reckless as you want.

Action speaks louder than words. Words are easy, anyone can spew it out of their mouth.

So are you still soliciting other people money to trade? I would hope not given what you had described and your conflict about it.

The quotes below contradict the quote from above. It's possible this is none of anyone's business but if that's the case why did you respond as recently as yesterday with contradicting information?

I have raised nearly $100 million for a variety of funds and projects via what i suggest. Im far from wealthy but do ok in this business and am able to do what i want whenever i want. Over 35% of this has come from elite trader contacts

As fate would have it, i attempted to call the bottom of the tech crash and failed I lost.

First check the definition of solicit

Thank you for directing me to that definition. After reconsidering if it materially changes the circumstances I've formed the conclusion it doesn't change my view of the circumstances. If there's a technical loophole that enables materially misrepresenting the circumstances then please help me get past the moral dilemma I'm experiencing.

First check the definition of first real girlfriend from highschool and then read the quote below

If you do decide to "target" a Gecko, make sure they are hedge fund investors first

LOL ! however, i don't agree. the accredited, knowledgeable investor clause in ALL true hedge fund documents pretty much eliminates any litigation except in cases of proven fraud.

if one loses his money in a hedge fund, he is out of luck--unless proveable fraud is involved. surf

LOL ?
Out of luck ??
Does the quote above alter the implied sincerity in this topic ???

I don't have a hard stop set on this one----letting the market tell me what to do---- I don't expect any further steep declines in the DJIA--- with that said, I will post when ( if ) i throw in the towel on the trade.
Is trading without a stop gambling?
Have you ever lied about your rate of return?
Have you ever 'guaranteed' DJIA was going to 13,000?

Please clarify when you sold AMD.

Greetings Everyone,

The market seems to have most very confused right now as to directional bias, therefore I have jumped back into the saddle to attempt to add a bit of clarity to the situation. As you know over the last decade we have worked on a channel trading system for the DJIA first called Neo_Gann, then after heavy deconstruction, it was realized that the system was working despite any of the Gann wheel mumbo jumbo--- the next step was to remove the esoteric stuff and drill down quantitatively into the index-- this study yielded the Death Channel concept, but things still were not firing on all cylinders.

I was not including the idea of Price Drivers which was the missing piece of the puzzle. Now, the technical picture and the fundamental Price Drivers have been combined to bring you the Price Driver Channel System.

Right now, we are flat the DJIA with no directional bias. Stay tuned for the next entry level and directional bias.

Regards, from Palm Beach

In the 1st post to your trading journal u describe a Death Channel which u capitalized.
You start new topics with names like The Final Nail in the TA Coffin.
You say things like technical analysis is Fatally Flawed.
You refer to those who use technical analysis as Brain Dead.

Seriously surf. What is wrong with you?
