Hey surf. How is it going. I love to short BUT am thinking that gold action lately looks strong. It has blown thru significantly right past key resistance levels of 930. There seems no end in sight to disaster that is the fed. Just wondering if you still stand by your post.

Surf, I put you on ignore, but then deleted that entry just to mention something.

Any trader who makes hard and fast predictions about stock or market direction beyond a day or so in my opinion is not a trader, but a wannabe trader. (Even a day or so is difficult)

There are probabilities but no certainties. Trading 101.

Personally I would have thought you’d have more of a clue.

Predicting is so BS.

Anyways, predict away, you have lost all credibility with me, if this is how you trade then for me you have nothing to offer.

Reply what you will, you’re back on ignore and I won’t see your reply, now I’ve made my point.
Nothing personal, same thing applies to all dipsticks whom waffle on this board predicting.

Who gives a fuck what you think?
Surf has 12000 posts...
you have 34..
So suck it!

Just a LITTLE off the mark?

DUH!

no, not all.

we are anticipating a massive global commodity sell off at some point between now and 4.1.2009, led by the metals, potentially due to inherent structural and core issues in large metallic financial operations.

take it as you will, mr. bob.

Don't tell me that. I just bought GLD the other day at 91.70. Reasons: 1. Inflation 2. I think the dollar will weaken 3. Panic in the financial markets.

But I will probably dump it when the VIX spikes to 35.

As it stands it's way too vague, it's not even a call, just a prediction as there is no hint of risk control. What if it goes to $1500 before it goes to $600? What's with April 1st '09? Is it your birthday?

Surf !!!

I just "got it "

if by april first 09 your prediction does not pan out

you have my permission to tell the ET community

"APRIL FOOL"

:)

I cant believe someone would put a date so specific.....thats just silly.....

Gd luck with it !
