Nobody said they are impenetrable but they sure are 100% impenetrable by some third world shithole with inferior technology - you also ignored how NK would have to piggybank on some another country to even get close and given their size of weapons, attacking far away from the port or near it could at max cause a damage of ten square kilometers. And there are maritime fleets monitoring for such activity.
