Every US president had implicit immunity to advance country interests. Killing millions innocent people around the world all the time, boasting about it with zero consequences just to preserve American hegemony
Now somehow Trump needs to go to jail because something with a pornstar. Do you really believe it?
So whatever any court decides it will have zero influence to any other past or future president
common, USA is not democracy at the top level and never ve been. Just another colonial power
even if Trump somehow becomes president his power would be reduced to zero like previous time unless he follows the rules and bombs something every other week
One thing I do not do is "retried" an already-decided criminal case by a jury of peers about the Hush Money criminal case involving using funds from campaign money/business to conceal payment to fucking a porn star to alter the direction of the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.
With that said, my comments are about the immunity concern involving the remaining three criminal court cases that have
not been decided...has not gone to court.
The Supreme Court tipped its hand when it asked Trump's lawyers about immunity if a President decides to "take out a corrupt political rival or opponent" that Trump considered to be corrupt. Trump's lawyers essentially stated, "Yes if it's an official act".
That question was
not about killing millions around the world. It was a question about the killing of another U.S. citizen that the President would consider to be a
corrupt political rival. In addition, there were other questions by the Supreme Court to Trump's lawyers about the sharing of protected confidential government documents with foreign dignitaries that others (e.g. U.S. military soldiers and government contract workers) have been convicted and gone to prison for doing the same in the past.
Then there are the numerous questions by the Supreme Court about the effort to overturn to a fair election and the cover-up to conceal it...former Trump lawyers have already taken plea deals to testify against Trump so that those lawyers can avoid prison along with audio records of Trump pressuring the Vice President, several state election officials (all Republicans) to alter the vote count in favor of Trump or lying to them that they had the constitutional right to over-ride the people's vote.
The problem the Supreme Court has with the above, Trump is not the current sitting President. To give Trump immunity to the above would be giving
Biden immunity to the above if he were to do the same such as losing an election and then:
- Making phone calls to state election officials to overturn 2024 U.S. President election results.
- Requesting Americans to rally at the Capitol and then ask them to "fight like hell to stop a certification of a U.S. Presidential Election" because of his lie that the election was stolen while admitting in private to lawyers it was a lie.
- Audio of the President lying and pressuring his Vice President to refuse certification...luckily for the Vice President he knew more about the election laws and the U.S. Constitution than stupid Trump.
Once again, this is
not about millions of people being killed abroad in other countries. This is about criminal crimes in America against the U.S. Constitution and against America.
As stated, after the remainder three criminal court cases are decided...I do not retry an already-decided criminal case mainly because I'm not a lawyer, I do not sit on the Supreme Court, I am not a juror that had access to evidence that the public did not have access too et cetera.
Therefore, whatever the Supreme Court or any jury decides...it's done to me even if I do not like the court decision. There's no need for me to discuss the decision any further (e.g. Hush Money Criminal Case) other than to say Trump is a 34x Convicted Felon and he unfairly won the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election by concealing payment (writing checks and the cover-up of the funds source) in the months leading up to Nov 2016 U.S. Presidential Election to hide negative news about fucking a porn star (extramarital affair).
By the way, poor distraction attempt by you to talk about the U.S. historical colonial behavior around the world when that's
not the immunity issue in front of the Supreme Court involving Trump and the remaining three criminal cases.
If it was, that has already been decided many decades ago considering no U.S. President has been charged with the murder of civilians in other countries or any other War crime...
implicit immunity.
Yet, there have been U.S. soldiers arrested, court-martialed and sent to prison for killing/raping civilians during war but not U.S. President that's the commander in chief of those convicted military soldiers.
