It is taken out of context. He was quoting Sotomayor's dissenting opinion. and they did not show the first part of the quote.

Maybe they have Sotomayor on block?

What an excuse! He was home for 2 weeks. He was in Camp David for the whole week prior to the debate. You can't talk about about being tired from going to Europe! When I came back from an overnight flight from New Zealand I was tired that day (crossing the international date line, I essentially lived the same date twice). I was basically back to normal the day after that. Probably, because I'm not 81 going on 281. Get this guy out of here already.
