Yeh, that's another f-up communication in the last 24 hours just to keep the flatten the curve myth going year after year.

Joe is telling people that probably will not be until after Christmas- of the THIS YEAR- before things start getting back to normal.

He said that in the last day. And in the last 24hours he has also said "most Americans will be vaccinated BY THE END OF JULY." Just exactly what and when the precipitating event for getting back to normal is changes with each email from the unions.
