"Words" in statutes... that is what laws are made of in in the United States. The words have to be there because the Constitution voids laws which are bills of attainder or ex post facto.
Its funny that you would have a problem with reviewing the words in a criminal statute to see if the statue applies to American politicians or foreign contributors.

3. So unless you can show that Trump Senior solicited or accepted b through d of your statue you have not shown him to have been in violation of any law so far.
