It's going down: Michael Cohen Claims Trump Approved of Trump Tower Meeting With Russians

you are now trying to flip the script.

I explained to you with respect to the law you cited (remember you are arguing Trump broke the law, not I) you have no evidence showing Trump received something of value. Hence you have no evidence Trump broke the law.

The burden would be on you or the prosecution to provide proof Trump broke law. So far, you have produce no evidence showing that Trump broke the law.

I have tried to stress to you, though you are purposefully remaining dense on this, that although I am not arguing Hillary broke the law the arguments you are making show Hillary is more at risk than Trump because Hillary did receive something of value from foreign nationals. Look it up.

Hillary did these things from her agent requested this info from Russians and others.

(g)Solicitation, acceptance, or receipt of contributions and donations from foreign nationals. No person shall knowingly solicit, accept, or receive from a foreign national any contribution or donation prohibited by paragraphs (b) through (d) of this section.

Who asked you about scenarios? Where is your evidence for such claims? I showed you Don Jr's emails, what's the evidence for your scenarios?

And did you even read the law?

"A solicitation is an oral or written communication that, construed as reasonably understood in the context in which it is made, contains a clear message asking, requesting, or recommending that another person make a contribution, donation, transfer of funds, or otherwise provide anything of value"

Is oppo dirt not a thing of value? Maybe you should read a bit before trying to judge how strong or weak an argument is.

Polling data = something of value

Oppo research on opposing candidate = something of value.

Trump and his campaign knowingly solicited in kind donation from the Russian government and lied about it.

Read the law again, solicitation itself is a crime

And, that is a a more clear violation of the law you cited. Look it up.

Since solicitation is a crime and the emails prove it, there is no more 'burden'.

The fact that Trump hid the emails and lied about it multiple times proves intent.

And finally, I don't care if Hillary broke the law in your opinion - if she did, prosecute her, why do you keep whatabouting about her as if that washes of Trump's crimes

Exactly, Trump broke the law and then broke the law again by lying about it. You finally seem to see the light.

I don't who in my ignore list you guys are talking to, but sounds like he's past shock, denial, and anger. The bargaining stage sure took a while, but he's making progress. The patient may recover from his bout of Deranged Trumper Syndrome.

Meanwhile Hillary actually paid the Russians for dirt on Trump.
???
Well actually the DNC, using money raised by Hillary, paid, via the DNC's lawyer, a guy named Simpson, who ran Fusion, who then paid Steele to continue an investigation that Fusion had begun under a Republican Sponsor who was trying to stop Donald Trump from getting the nomination. So, if Hillary paid Russians for anything, what would it have been for? We don't even know if Steele paid anything to Russians, let alone Hillary..

He is trying to wear everyone down by playing dumb, he thinks he is really clever and invented this troll technique.

Her agents received oppo research from Russian spies.
That might be a crime per exGoper arguments.
If exGoper is correct Hillary is far more at risk than Trump.

So far there is no finding Trump got anything of value.

She PAID an AMERICAN company for opp research. That is not a crime.

Except she PAID them according to you, so she was not receiving DONATIONS which is what the crime is.

And if Hillary is at risk, let her be, do you think anybody cares anymore other than WHATABOUTERS?
