Issue need help! Phantom order?

Let's say you went short @1996.00 and you put a Buy order @1995.00 to make a profit while the market was 1995.00-1995.25. There is no guarantee that your Buy order will be filled. The market might reverse up and your unrealized profit may become a loss.

No thats ok, but the platform shows the order was taken and price didnt reverse up, the price countinued down; with means that if was not taken i would end with a bigger profit (never with a loss). I have a screenshot of the trade but I will wait first for my broker's log (they are sending it to me) becouse could be that software didnt get the numbers right or something. Then if is not clear I will post the trade with the screenshot.

Your buy limit is at 1990.00
Are you asking if it's possible for the price to go beyond 1990.00 (<=1989.00) without your buy limit order being filled?

Yes; It was 2002.75 1 lot short (1 lot is by deafult)
Buy limit: 2001.75..... (price goes through it), (platform shows profit)... but prices countinues down... and profits becomes... 0 .... -12.5---- etc.. (until i close manually in 1999.25) And my software shows like im in a big loss.
Maybe software didnt realyze order passes throug and didnt counted fine..[and finally in log appeas as a profit].. waiting for the log.

If you went short @2002.75 and you manually closed your position @1999.25, you should have made money, unless you think you were short but you were long (or you're mixing Buy and Sell and Long and Short). But anyway, if you put an order to Buy @2001.75, there is no way not to get filled if the price goes below that price.

Check your trade list and order status list and look at the price you entered (sell order) and the price you closed (buy order). The graph you provided is not really helpful in you situation because it doesn't show what you did. You just added some comments on what you think you did.
If you were short and you closed your position at a price lower than the initial entry price, then you should have made money.
