Chinese CCP are responsible and they will do it again and again we should get out of there
what other options exist that might spare the huge majority of habitants of the planet that have absolutely no say in any measures that would have prevented this? is this a situation that has only One Response, and the one you see on the news is That Response? Are you Buying That? What else could be done. Watch that video that is posted above over the weekend when you are not so busy trading. you might find some responses that would have a better outcome.
However it was to late, they spread the virus from mid November 2019 not telling other world!
That 430k figure (from NYTimes) is overestimated. SanFrancisco and LA are bigger hubs for China flights, and both reported early cases in February. But California didn't become the epicenter.
The whole world has tons of info about recent sars crisis. Sars affected mainly China and Hong Kong.
In end 2019, the world knew about virus from wuhan.
Hong Kong did a good job to minimise problem.
Europe and U S have lots of time to prepare for virus onslaught. But what did they do? They waited and waited and waited and waited. ... Hoping and hoping and hoping for the best... As if they were trading..... Till it is too late. Unfortunately thousands of Europeans and Americans have died.

First known US death i think was January 21st. A man who had came back from China on the 15th of January.
We should have shutdown all air travel coming from all countries on Jan 11. When china first openly announced this.
But no government had the balls to do that.
Economic impact must have been considered to be too much although minor compared to what is happening now.
