Is China responsible for covid19 pandemic and what price should it pay?

It is a natural disaster, we didn't ask Australia to pay for the Australian flu (https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lancet/article/PIIS0140-6736(05)78261-1/fulltext), Hong Kong to pay for the Hong Kong flu (https://www.cdc.gov/flu/pandemic-resources/1968-pandemic.html), Mexico for the H1N1 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4957980/), Spain for the Spanish flu....
China did screw up by hiding the extend of the epidemic but they suffered as much as any. Let's be compassionate and focus on finding a cure instead.

These covid virus is clearly localized, from a place 1000 miles away from Wuhan.
Only possibility to come.to Wuhan: there is a laboratory in Wuhan, with a famous lady professor, and a team, that has - and that's official - made scientific research on bats and their viruses.

How else this specific corona virus travelled such a long distance?
It is further being told, that some of the scientists got into contact with blood from animals, they were testing there...

We need to look at that the hell is going on in Fort Detrick and Wuhan's bio-lab. They have been creating these kind of viruses for years.
