If the Articles never go to the Senate then was the President really impeached?

Another convoluted Dem Scam shaping up where everyone will be required to buy into some goofy Dem logic. We have seen it many times.

Hillary didn't win the election, except if you close one eye and stand on one foot and look at the process after drinking some kool-aid she did.

Mueller did not indict or charge Trump with anything- except yaddy di, yaddy da on steroids for months according to the dems.

And now Pelosi is out there arguing that she feels empowered because Trump has now been impeached, except he has not. Kool-aid, squint, stand on one leg, bullshiite on steriods and it all becomes a big dem victory.

That's fine. They need to practice their bullshit and denial to get ready for next November. It will be another big dem victory, just like last time. Except their "winner" will be home watching the Price is Right on inauguration day.
 
Republicans are always going to cry when the opportunity arises the same way the claimed the process in the House was unconstitutional.

What’s important to remember is republicans are the people that call the cops on people for having a family barbecue or cutting them in line at the grocery store. They’re pussies that think they’re entitled and the heirs to some great country they have marginal patriotism for.

Pelosi will send the articles over when she has played out her strategy to try to get republicans to agree to witnesses and there is nothing republicans can do but demasculate themselves in public with all of this complaining and crying.

An impeachment is a formal charge, that is all it is. Under the Constitution it can be levied by the House by Vote and it was. The Trial is a separate part of the Constitution and no where in the Constitution does it define impeachment, a formal charge, as one that is delivered to the Senate.

It is the same as an indictment by a Grand Jury.

Pelosi did not have to deliver it the next hour to be formal or in existence.

An impeachment is a formal charge under the Constitution and Trump was formally charged by vote of the House as per the Constitution. End of story.

Whether he is tried or not, convicted or not, he was still impeached.

If you say otherwise, quote the part of the Constitution or we all know you are full of shit.

The final phase of impeachment or indictment is delivering the charges. This has not been done. Impeachment has not occurred.---Articles were sent to The Senate within minutes during the Clinton impeachment.----That act completed the impeachment.

There are only two possibilities either Trump has not yet been impeached, or Pelosi is abusing her power and usurping the power of the Senate. There are no other possibilities.

What I think will happen is that Mitch will set a trial date and force her to send The Articles. If she doesn't, The Senate, while Mitch is in control, will move on and never accept them as legitimate.
