typical progressive. You want everything labled because we are too stupid to know what we are eating. Real progressives don't eat packaged food, and those of us that are libertarian don't trust labels.

the industrialized revolution was based on progress. More energy. More and more. That's progress. The first conservative was Teddy Roosevelt who said, enough progress. Progress isn't necessarily good. Neither is conservatism. A progressive always believes it is better to do something than just stand there. A conservative believes you should never do anything. We've already done enough. And like the man said, "Enough is enough."
If you don't believe that philosophy and behaviour don't walk the same line then you don't know very much.
Progressives don't behave and talk this way. Raging anti conservative is an exact perfect definition of you. If anyone who you disagree with is just a dumb conservative then there is nothing progressive about your philosophy, belief or behaviour.

the one thing conservatives and progressives have in common is they are always pissed off. Nothing is good enough for either of them

and for the most part, our government is so dysfunctional that they can no longer change anything much. Works for me
