Problem with looking at Israel and Sweden and other countries where the health care approach is working, in my opinion, is the size of those countries compared to the U.S. and numbers of covered people affected versus the humonguous population of the U.S. and the much higher costs. They can serve as models but I feel they are not exactly scalable to our population size and wealth disparities and geographic coverage.
