Hit my PR...

One rep of 230 snatch (2.5lb collars) and didn’t go heavier. My lifts are way down. Took a torso pic but no point as I am not where I want to be on cut and strength. 245 and coming off keto today as I can’t get a pump.

Three reps at 315 on flat bench and fourth was to failure. Figuring 380 1RM or less.

Those are still very good numbers, but why do you think they went down? Too much training, or perhaps too much keto? Other stuff going on?

You started the thread at a weight of 258 about 5 months ago and went down to 247 about 7 weeks later, at which point you hit your new PR on the bench at 405 for two. Now, about 3 months later, you're a couple pounds lighter. How strict were you with you keto diet? And since it's something I never did, I'm curious to know what it feels like after a time.

How is that even possible? What were those carbs, and how did you feel in general on such a diet?

A small amount of carbs in ketchup, etc., morning coffee creamer. Felt like shit but was rarely hungry. I take ALCAR and ALA which accelerated getting into keto.

I didn’t start keto immediately.

I am the softest I've been in 2-3Y. Lunch in King's Beach (Char Pit). Still 18" arms.
