I am the softest I've been in 2-3Y.
Did not expect that. If you’re lighter but “softer” that suggests you lost some LBM and added a bit of fat. Did you change your routine during that time, or do you think the keto diet played a role in this outcome?

Not 6 grams of carbs....you would be over that with a cup of veggies.

50 net carbs is about 75 - 80 total carbs when fiber is taken into account. I admire him for trying to hit 6 which I could understand for 14 days of cutting with NO lifting at all.
