If that picture is not photoshopped then yes I am inclined to believe it, it makes too much sense given Obama's ego driven image agenda.

Note the exaggeration in the site quoted:

by the end of the war won for themselves the distinction of not only having damaged or destroyed 400 enemy aircraft, but of never having lost one of the bombers they escorted on missions over Europe-a rare achievement

from the more trustworthy site I gave:

The combat record of the Tuskegee Airmen speaks for itself:

•over 15,000 combat sorties (including 6000+ for the 99th prior to July '44)
•111 German airplanes destroyed in the air, another 150 on the ground
•950 railcars, trucks, and other motor vehicles destroyed
•1 destroyer sunk by P-47 machine gun fire (Lt. Pierson's flight)
•sixty-six pilots killed in action or accidents
•thirty-two pilots downed and captured, POWs
•150 Distinguished Flying Crosses earned
•744 Air Medals
•8 Purple Hearts
•14 Bronze Stars

(25 bombers lost to enemy aircraft)

A good record but by no means extra special or war changing- 98 pilots lost versus 111 aerial kills (plus 150 on the ground also). We are talking about a wing of about 80 aircraft with 111 aerial kills in a war that featured tens of thousands of German aircraft.

From what I read it seems the 2009 New York story checks out. Now I understand why Obama's fall guy resigned so quick, some lowlife named Caldera. Obama acted like Caldera was being a bad boy acting on his own, I remember that well now. If you think that Obama was not in on this for Lucas, then you just are not cynical enough to be realistic. What a damned liar, didn't he say something about being the most ethical administration?

In addition, President Obama asked his deputy chief of staff, Jim Messina, and Defense Secretary Robert Gates or his designee "to jointly review the organizational structure of the White House Military Office and the reporting relationship of its components to the White House and the Air Force, to make recommendations to him to ensure that such an incident never occurs again," White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said.

He's such a great and wise leader is he not? He ordered a review! Wow, I get a tingle down my leg just thinking about that.

If we can eliminate the number of accidents we'd have their kill ratio.

Why would that make you giddy as a teenage girl who just had her first finger fucking?

They stupid stunt Obama pulled when he allowed AF one to buzz New York city was to be in the movie.

The jets escorting the plane had the markings of the tuskegee airmen.

It was a payoff to his hollywood buddies.

Maybe, just maybe, Obama overreached on that one. But it is dam cool if those jets DID have red tails, considering.:D

If you believe, the Tuskegee Airmen were not significant in WWII, you might be an Angry White Man:D

Good that you do watch MSNBC, keep at it, you might learn something. Please do not forget Rachael Maddow.

I think every person who wore the uniform was significant, regardless of their race.

Well you are not an Angry White Man, and welcome to the Great Melting Pot called the United States of America

If you believe I actually said that then you are delusional and in need of both meds and counseling.
