Hillary - Butchered Benghazi

The video did play a part. It was shown during prayer hour that day. It inflamed the locals.

Stevens refused help.

It was not Al Qaeda.

Clinton did nothing wrong.

The local CIA office also did not see it coming.

The admin did not lie. Obama referred to it as terrorist attack the next morning.
(Not) Sorry to upset the deluded righties here with facts they did not hear on Faux News.
you really are a worthless piece of shit. If obama referred to it as a terrorist attack the next day, then why did he allow susan rice to tell a completely different story that sunday? why did he, himself, imply the video was the cause for the attack at the UN two full weeks later? the answer is HE LIED. he ignored the evidence and blamed the video, he was proven wrong. deal with it.

clinton was susan rice's boss, and let her propagate the lie, she is complicit. also her reaction at her long delayed hearing was telling. she doesn't give a damn about anyone but herself, doesn't accept responsibility for her actions, and is unfit to lead.

It has been reported that it was terrorists and that they are affiliated with al qaeda. it's also irrelevant whether it was AQ or not, terrorists killed our ppl who gives a fuck what group it was? It is also not even disputed that the attack was planned, they didn't plot it after they "saw the video at prayer hour." An eyewitness saw them block the roads off with trucks bearing machine guns, try to stir up the youth, and then storm the compound. there was no demonstration. this witness was a libyan lawyer. Also, the two badass ops, doherty and woods, were killed by mortar shells.. yea that sounds like stuff protesters carry around and know how to use.

Obama referred to terror in general in the rose garden he did not label the attack a terrorist attack... he then went on to mention the video many times.

Stevens requested help from the state dept many times. For some reason he want CIA operatives not regular military. Guess why with this being an operation under Clinton and all.

Clinton did not answer the 3 am call or any other call and the requested back ups never showed up.

and of course the local cia office saw it coming... Stevens was there he was intimately tied to cia ops.

And of course they were on notice... the Brits pulled out.

Your leftist lies don' t work on this situation. Clinton failed to lead when she had proper warning, the adminstration then covered it up and it cost lives..

The media have their panties in a knot over Crimea, but to me, this was far more of a scandal and indication of just how pathetic Obama and Clinton are.

The guy who headed this attack is walking around Benghazi. If he attacked the Russian consulate and killed their ambassador, you could measure his life expectancy in minutes. Obama sent in some FBI agents weeks after the attack who poked around and left. Oh yeah, he did concoct that ridiculous story about the internet video, lied about it to the victims' families and put some poor guy in jail for a year.

Great points! YES, had the Russian consulate been attacked, the attackers would have become spaghetti on minutes, no question.
As far as clinton and Ocommunist, yes, they both lied all the way around, and did zero to help these guys who begged for it during the attack. They should be on trial. Shameful isn't even a good word to describe clinto and obammer.

blah blah blah

You have no proof of any lies or that Clinton did anything wrong. If you did you would show it.

you're right, it is ridiculous that nothing has been done about benghazi, yet the media is worried about crimea and before that syria, like either had anything to do with us. the maggots should have been done feasting on the corpses of these jihadi murderers over a year ago. It is totally unacceptable that these guys are still breathing air. I feel ashamed for the families of those killed, Woods and Doherty especially, they were left stranded after saving lives. this country owes it to their families to avenge their deaths.

misdirection and misinformation by you again. I am responding to your mis information about what we know.
we are producing info Clinton failed when the 3 am call came. That was the first sentence or two of the original post on this thread.
you were the one lying and misrepresenting again.

Senate Select Committee on Intelligence
The U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence delivered their bipartisan report on the terrorist attacks on January 15, 2014. The majority of the committee offered the following conclusions:[256]

No 'stand down' order was given by President Barack Obama or any other official anywhere in the government in terms of possible military efforts to combat the attackers, despite later reports.

The "Benghazi attacks have been the subject of misinformed speculation and accusations long after the basic facts of the attacks have been determined, thereby distracting attention from more important concerns: the tragic deaths of four brave Americans, the hunt for their attackers, efforts by the U.S. Government to avoid future attacks, and the future of the U.S-Libya relationship."

The CIA talking points were flawed but still "painted a mostly accurate picture of the IC's analysis of the Benghazi attacks at that time, in an unclassified form and without compromising the nascent [FBI] investigation of the attacks."

No evidence was found of any effort to downplay the role of terrorists enacting a pre-planned strike in the Benghazi attacks.

The reference to "al-Qa'ida" included in early drafts of the talking points was removed by CIA staff, not by the White House or the FBI, as was incorrectly alleged by some members of Congress and the press.

The "CIA's September 15, 2012, talking points.. .wrongly attributed the genesis of the Benghazi attacks to protests that became violent. However, as stated in the report, this characterization reflected the assessment by the IC of the information available at that time, which lacked sufficient intelligence and eyewitness statements to conclude that there were no protests. Further, it is important to remember that this early assessment was made in the context of approximately 40 protests around the globe against U.S. embassies and consulates in response to an inflammatory film. There were also other violent attacks against U.S. embassies and consulates in Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen and other cities around the world on or after September 11."

In general, the majority concluded "that the interagency coordination process on the talking points followed normal, but rushed coordination procedures and that there were no efforts by the White House or any other Executive Branch entities to 'cover-up' facts or make alterations for political purposes."

"Video footage from the United States consulate in Benghazi, Libya, taken the night of the Sept. 11 anniversary attacks, shows an organized group of armed men attacking the compound, according to two U.S. intelligence officials who have seen the footage and are involved in the ongoing investigation."

"Video from the compound’s cameras debunk the initial line from the Obama administration that there was a protest in front of the consulate on the night of the attacks..."

"The video footage also supports the accounts of four diplomatic-security officers who were at the Benghazi compound and who initially responded to the attack. On Sept. 17, these officers told State Department investigators in formal briefings that there was no spontaneous protest the night of the attack, U.S. officials tell The Daily Beast. This information was what led the State Department to conclude there was no protest at the consulate on the day of the attacks, according to these officials."

"Gen. Carter Ham, who at the time was head of AFRICOM, the Defense Department combatant command with jurisdiction over Libya, told the House in classified testimony last year that it was him who broke the news about the unfolding situation in Benghazi to then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The General briefed his two superiors moments before they went to the White House to brief the President. The panel of investigators was eager to know exactly what he briefed them on and if he told them that this was a terrorist attack or a “random protest.” The General was quick to say that there was some discussion of the possibility of a demonstration but that “at the command, I personally and I think the command very quickly got to the point that this was not a demonstration, this was a terrorist attack."

"This simply underscores what the Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, told us in February 2013.

Panetta told the Senate Armed Services Committee in February of last year that it was him who informed the president that "there was an apparent attack going on in Benghazi." "Secretary Panetta, do you believe that unequivocally at that time we knew that this was a terrorist attack?" asked Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla. "There was no question in my mind that this was a terrorist attack," Panetta replied."

"During the investigation Marine Corps Col. George Bristol, commander of AFRICOM's Joint Special Operations Task Force for the Trans Sahara region, was also questioned.

Bristol, who was traveling in Dakar, Senegal when the attack occurred, said he received a call from the Joint Operations Center alerting him to "a considerable event unfolding in Libya." Bristol's next call was to Lt. Col. S.E. Gibson, an Army commander stationed in Tripoli. Gibson informed Bristol that Stevens was missing, and that "there was a fight going on" at the consulate compound.

Rep. Wenstrup: "So no one from the military was ever advising, that you are aware of, that this was a demonstration gone out of control, it was always considered an attack -"

Bristol: "Yes, sir."

Wenstrup: "-- on the United States?"

Bristol: "Yes, sir. ... We referred to it as the attack."

contrast that to this:

Rice appeared on CBS' "Face the Nation," CNN's "State of the Union," NBC's "Meet The Press," "Fox News Sunday" and ABC's "This Week" on Sep. 16, 2012, to speak on behalf of the President and she repeated the belief that the incident was a "spontaneous" mob uprising and not "a preplanned, premeditated attack."

"This is not an expression of hostility in the broadest sense toward the United States or to U.S. policy," she stated.

and obama at the UN:

"That is what we saw play out the last two weeks, as a crude and disgusting video sparked outrage throughout the Muslim world."

"And on this we must agree: there is no speech that justifies mindless violence."

"There are no words that excuse the killing of innocents. There is no video that justifies an attack on an Embassy."

http://www.thedailybeast.com/article...t-the-un0.htm

and even you should be able to understand he lied, and clinton is complicit. but you won't because your head is buried in the sand, you will believe anything that supports your down-is-up world view.
