Most historian surveys rank him a top 10 President and they are right.
Yeah most historians who work for Salon.com. There is simply no objective person who can say Obama was a good President.
No President has done more damage to his own party than Obama.

Still stands, after the chain of presentation, the document was proven to be fraudulent.
One can speculate on the chain of custody or circumstances, to what degree politicos were willing to dirty their hands, but the fraudulent nature of the document presented remains the most factual fact anyone can know about this whole fiasco.
