Let her have the house as part of the property settlement. It will look like a concession, and you wouldn't have to go through the hassle of more upgrades and the sale.I filed for divorce and she's not agreeing to sell... so realtor has to delist til we get court order to sell ... silver lining is ok upgrade counters
