A few years ago, the Supreme Court ruled that a private company can take a person's house because it was for the good of the public. That tax dollars contributed by that company would be greater than the property taxes collected from the individual. The property later became a county dump.Quote from SREC:
How often does this actually happen? Plenty of judges get away with corrupt and nonsensical rulings, especially in those crazy southern states. It seems almost as if they are not accountable for their actions.
